A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING A MAINTENANCE SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND MCKENDRY DOOR SALES, INC. FOR
COMMERCIAL DOOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $450,000
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Maintenance Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and McKendry Door Sales, Inc. for Commercial Door Maintenance Services, dated June 20, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $450,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City , and authorizes the Public Works Director to extend the term of the Agreement, if additional services are needed beyond the initial three year term.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
