A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND HANSON BRIDGETT LLP FOR
INVESTIGATION SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Hanson Bridgett LLP dated June 30, 2023 , for investigation services in an amount not to exceed $345,000.
SECTION 2. The Council here by directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment No. 3 on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
