A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AMENDMENT NO. 7
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND
TYLER TECHNOLOGIES FOR ENTERPRISE RESOURCE
PLANNING AND TYLER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT -
RELATED SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEAC H CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 7 between the City of Manhattan Beach and Tyler Technologies for a two -year term extension of the Enterprise Resource Planning and Tyler System Management Agreements dated July 24, 2023, with a not -to-exceed amount of $508,976.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
