A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MICHAEL BAKER
INTERNATIONAL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING
SERVICES FOR THE COYOTE MANAGEMENT AND
RESPONSE PLAN
THE MANHATT AN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Michael Baker International dated July 5, 2023, for environmental consulting services for the services for the coyote management and response plan in the amount of $35,970.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
