A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE AMENDED AND RESTATED
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND MANHATTAN BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL
DISTRICT REGARDING PUBLIC USE OF SCHOOL
DISTRICT FIELDS AND FACILITIES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the amended and restated Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Manhattan Beach Unified School District regarding the public use of school district fields and facilities.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
