RESOLUTION NO. 23-0084
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MANHATTAN BEACH
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PROVISION, USE
AND MAINTENANCE OF THE LOWER PLAYGROUND
AREA IN POLLIWOG PARK
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Manhattan Beach Unified School District regarding the provision, use and maintenance of the lower playground area in Polliwog Park.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
