RESOLUTION NO. 23-0095
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND JEFFREY
MILLER ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN FOR FIVE CITY
BUILDING FACILITIES REMODELING PROJECTS
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Jeffrey Miller Architecture and Design Corporation in the amount of $273,157 for t he Five City Building Facilities Remodeling Projects for a new maximum not-to-exceed amount of $322,157.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby determines that this activity is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreement for $322,157 with Jeffrey Miller Architecture and Design Corporation.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of the resolution.
