A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND DELL FOR
MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE LICENSING
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the three-year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Dell dated September 1, 2023 for software licensing services in the amount of $649,326.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs th e City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
