RESOLUTION NO. 23-0099
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HMC GROUP FOR
PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND AQUATIC
PRELIMINARY DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE BEGG
POOL FACILITY
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and HMC Architects dated July 18, 2023 , for professional architectural and aquatic preliminary design services for the Begg Pool Facility in the amount of $244,822.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
