RESOLUTION NO. 23-0101
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND THE HOMETOWN
FAIR ASSOCIATION
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and the Hometown Fair Association dated August 1, 2023, for matters relating to the conduct of the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the C ity Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
