RESOLUTION NO. 23-0102
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MANHATTAN BEACH AND BEACH CITIES HEALTH
DISTRICT FOR A $150,000 DONATION FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SENIOR & SCOUT
COMMUNITY CENTER
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City and Beach Cities Health dated August 1, 2023, for a $150,000 donation to be applied to the costs associated with construction of the Senior and Scout Community Center.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
