At 6:01 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss negotiations as identified on the agenda and that by a 5-0 vote the City Council gave direction to their negotiators.
