A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MANHATTAN BEACH AND _____________ FOR
PROSECUTORIAL SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HERE BY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into an Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Manhattan Beach and ____________ for prosecution legal services for Manhattan Beach.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to prepare and execute the Agreement on behalf of the City , subject to the City Attorney’s approval as to form.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and ado ption of this resolution.
