A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND INSIGHT PUBLIC
SECTOR FOR STORAGE AREA NETWORK
PURCHASE AND RELATED SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESO LVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Insight Public Sector effective on the last date of Agreement’s execution by and between the parties for storage area network purchase and related services in the amount not-to-exceed $132,956.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
