A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND DAVID VOLZ DESIGN LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR ON-CALL DESIGN SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 between the City of Manhattan Beach and David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc., dated September 5, 2023, for Conceptual Design Plans for Sand Dune Park and On-call Design Services in the amount of $193,690.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
