RESOLUTION NO. 23-0094
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND THE MANHATTAN
BEACH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR ECONOMIC
AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY C OUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves an Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce dated September 19, 2023 , for economic and business development program services in an amount not to exceed $36,585.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
