RESOLUTION NO. 23-0106
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND ENVIRONMENTAL
SCIENCE ASSOCIATES FOR THE COMPLETION OF A
CLIMATE ACTION AND ADAPTION PLAN (CAAP)
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CIT Y COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Environmental Science Associates dated September 11, 2023, for the completion of a Climate Action and Adaption Plan (CAAP) in the amount of $52,112.45.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
