A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MARC R. COHEN,
MD, PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION , FOR
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (“EMS”) MEDICAL
DIRECTOR SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Marc R. Cohen, MD, Professional Corporation dated October 1, 2023 , for Emergency Medical Services (“ EMS”) Medical Director services in the amount of $54,000 annually.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
