RESOLUTION NO. 23-0124
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND QUANTUM QUALITY
CONSULTING, INC . FOR ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY CO UNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Quantum Quality Consulting, Inc. f or On-Call Construction Management and Inspection Services in the amount of $150,000 for a three-year term.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager , and/or his or her designee, to execute the Agreement and any subsequent contract amendment to extend the Agreement for up to two additional one -year terms on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
