A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN A MENDMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND DOCULYNX
OPERATIONS, LLC, A DELEWARE LIMITED LIABILITY
COMPANY FOR MICROGRAPHIC AND DOCUMENT
SCANNING SERVICES
THE MANHAT TAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The C ity Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 between the City of Manhattan Beach and docuLynx Operations , LLC, a Delaware limited liability company dated October 3, 3023 for micrographic and document scanning services services in the amount of $134,875.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
