RECESS INTO CLOSED SESSIONII.
At 5:01 PM, the City Council recessed into Closed Session, with the exception of Mayor Pro Tem Franklin who recused himself.
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSIONIII.
At 5:16 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present with the exception of Councilmember Lesser and Mayor Montgomery.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss the piece of litigation identified on the agenda, the City Council gave direction to its special counsel by a 4-0-1 vote, with Mayor Pro Tem Franklin abstaining.
