GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
This estimate is for equipment and/or the installation of service(s) and/or service equipment. The standard installation timeframe, from the time of order, is approximately 30 days unless otherwise noted. Federal and/or state taxes and fees are not included. Any additional service outside of the scope of this estimate will require an amendment to the estimate or must be ordered separately. For customers entering into a term agreement, an early termination fee will apply and will be equal to the amount of the original setup fee for said package.

is Amendment No. 2 modifies and is a part of the Agreement executed between and by Race Communications and the City of Manhattan Beach on June 24, 2020. The Amendment extends the term with another 36 months and adds options to upgrade the speed of the existing Dedicated Internet circuit (City Hall) and Transport circuit (City Yard) and optional blocks of static IPs. The upgraded and/or additional services will be implemented only per the written request of the City of Manhattan Beach.
The billing of the upgraded and/or added services will start after the City tests and confirms the services are fully operational. The City will select the effective date for the optional service(s).

hange Order Effective Date is the last party signature date.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty is limited to a one-year installation and labor warranty of all components installed by Race. Parts are limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer. If parts are supplied by Race and are defective, they will be exchangeable within 30 days from the date of installation. After 30 days, parts are to be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Should an issue arise within a manufacturer warranty period, Race will assist in getting the product warranted by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover parts and labor that fail as a result of improper use, misuse, abuse, or the failure of another part. The warranty of the materials starts as of the date of installation.
AUTHORIZATION
I hereby accept the terms and conditions of this Amendment No. 2. By signing, you are authorizing Race to do the work as specified in this Amendment No. 2 and agree to all terms in Race's Master Products and Service Agreement executed by the parties on June 24, 2020, and part of this Amendment No. 2.
