Adopt Resolution No. 23-0134 approving a five-year agreement with SCA of CA, LLC for street sweeping services in an amount not to exceed $4,013,066; and Authorize the City Manager to extend the agreement term for up to two additional one-year periods, if deemed in the City’s best interest.
