A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND RACE
TELECOMMUNICATIONS FOR INTERNET SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 between the City of Manhattan Beach and Race Telecommunications for a three- year term extension of the Internet Services Agreement through July 9, 2027, with a not-to-exceed amount of $241,555.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage a nd adoption of this resolution.
