RESOLUTION NO. 23-0134
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND SCA OF CA, LLC
FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
a) The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and SCA of CA, LLC , dated December 1 , 2023, for street sweeping services in the amount of $4,031,066.00; and
b) Authorize the City Manager or their designee to exten d the agreement ter m for up to two additional one-year periods , if deemed in the City’s best interest.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
