RESOLUTION NO. 23-0139
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND LOCALITY MEDIA,
INC. DBA FIRST DUE FOR SUBSCRIPTION BASED FIRE/
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE (EMS) INCIDENT AND
FIRE INSPECTION REPORTING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Locality Media, Inc dba First Due dated November 15, 2023 , for subscription based fire/ emergency medical service (EMS) incident and fire inspection reporting services in the amount of $86,656.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall c ertify to the passage a nd adoption of this resolution.
