A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND SAVANT
SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR MANAGED DETECTION AND
RESPONSE SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Savant Solutions, Inc. dated November 20, 2023, for Managed Detection and Response services in the amount of $227,709.
SECTION 2. The City Council here by authorizes the City Manager to amend the Agreement to modify the scope of services and increase the maximum compensation by up to $37,000 if necessary during the contract term.
If this option is exercised, the new maximum compensation of th e Agreement i s not to exceed $264,709.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
