RESOLUTION NO. 23-0150
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MANHATTAN BEACH AND RICHARDS, WATSON AND
GERSHON FOR PROSECUTORIAL SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Richards, Watson and Gershon dated November 7, 2023 for prosecution legal services for Manhattan Beach.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
