A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MERRIMAC
PETROLEUM, INC. DBA MERRIMAC ENERGY GROUP
FOR BULK FUEL PURCHASES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLV ES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Merrimac Petroleum, Inc. dba Merrimac Energy Group dated the same date the agreement is approved by the City Council, for bulk fuel purchases in the amount not-to-exceed $3,250,000.00 ($650,000 annually).
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
