A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN INSPECTION SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND FAITH GROUP, LLC FOR THE CITYWIDE
SECURITY CAMERAS PROJECT – PHASES 1 AND 2
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Faith Group, LLC for Inspection S ervices for the Citywide Security Cameras Project – Phases 1 and 2, in the amount of $159,680.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager , and/or his or her designee, to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
