A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN ON -CALL CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND FAITH GROUP, LLC FOR THE CITYWIDE
SECURITY CAMERAS PROJECT – PHASE 3
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Faith Group, L LC for the Citywide Security Cameras Project – Phase 3 in the amount of $100,000 for a two-year term.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
