A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND CONTROL
AUTOMATION DESIGN , INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Control Automation Design, Inc. dated February 6, 2024, for professional services in the amount of $105,407.06.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City M anager and/or his or her designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
