A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL A PPROVING AN INSPECTION SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND KOA, INC. FOR THE SANTA MONICA BAY
TMDL HIGH FLOW CAPACITY TRASH TREATMENT
PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEAC H CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and KOA, Inc. for construction management and inspections services for the Santa Monica Bay TMDL High Flow Capacity Tra sh Treatment Project in the amount of $380,076.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager or his/her designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adopti on of this Resolution.
