RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH
AND MOORE IACOFANO GOLTSMAN, INC (MIG)
TO DEVELOP PRELIMINARY PLANS FOR THE
LONG-TERM OUTDOOR DINING PROGRAM
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY FINDS,
DETERMINES AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and MIG dated February 20, 2024, to develop preliminary plans for the long-term outdoor dining program, with an additional amount of $91,726.33.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
