RESOLUTION NO. 24-0016
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND LOS
ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR
MAINTENANCE OF HYDRODYNAIMC SEPARATORS
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement s between the Los Angeles County Flood Control District for LA County Hydrodynamic Separator Maintenance Agreement for the Santa Monica Bay TMDL High Flow Capacity Trash Treatment Project.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager or his/her designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
