A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES
AGREEMENT TO PACIFICA SERVICES, INC. FOR THE
CYCLE 2 WATER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCI L HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves that certain Construction Management and Inspection Services agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Manhattan Beach and Pacifica Services, Inc. (“Contractor”), dated March 5, 2024, for the Cycle 2 Water Infrastructure Improvement Project (“Project”), in the amount of $229,320.00.
SECTION 2 . The Council hereby directs the City Manager and/or his or her designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
