A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
(LACFCD) FOR THE PROPOSITION 1 R OUND 2
INTEGRATED REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT (IRWM)
IMPLEMENTATION GRANT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby authorizes an MOU between the City of Manhattan Beach and Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD) for the Proposition 1 Round 2 Integrated Regional Water Manage ment (IRWM) Implementation Grant.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager or his designee to negotiate and execute the Memorandum of Understanding with Los Angeles County Flood Control District.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
