A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND LANCE, SOLL, LUNGHARD, LLP TO
EXTEND THE TERM AND INCREASE COMPENSATION
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUN CIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 between the City of Manhattan Beach and Lance, Soll, Lunghard, LLP dated March 19, 2024 , for financial audit services for one additional year and one option year in the amount of $ 137,780, for a new maximum compensation of $435,530.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
