RESOLUTION NO. 24-0029
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HISTORY
ASSOCIATES INCORPORATED FOR CONTINUED
HISTORIC ARCHIVING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 between the City of Manhattan Beach and History Associates Incorporated for expanded historic archiving services in the amount not -to-exceed $100,000 and extending the agreement term for one year.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
