IV. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION
City Attorney Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss two pieces of litigation, both identified on the agenda. The City Council gave direction by a 5-0 vote on both items.
