RESOLUTION NO. 24-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND GENERAL PUMP COMPANY, INC. FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES OF CITY WELLS THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and General Pump Company, Inc., dated the same date the City Council approves this agreement for maintenance and repair services of City wells in the amount of $300,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
