RESOLUTION NO. 24-0064
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 4 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND WEST COAST
ARBORISTS INC., FOR TREE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The C ity Council hereby approves Amendment No. 4 between the City of Manhattan Beach and West Coast Arborists, Inc. , dated the same date the City Council approves this agreement to provide tree management services in the amount of $200,000.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
