A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MANHATTAN BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AMENDMENT NO. 2 BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MANHATTAN BEACH AND HISTORY ASSOCIATES
INCORPORATED FOR CONTINUED HISTORIC
ARCHIVING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 3 between the City of Manhattan Beach and History Associates Incorporated for expanded historic archiving services for an additional amount of not-to-exceed $28,000 and a total maximum compensation of $513,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
