RESOLUTION NO. 24-0080
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MANHATTAN BEACH , CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND MANHATTAN BEACH CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE FOR NORTH MANHATTAN BEACH
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MANAGEMENT
AND EXECUTIVE COORDINATION SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce dated July 2, 202 4, for North Manhattan Beach Business Improvement District management and executive coordination services in the amount of $67,300.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
