RESOLUTION NO. 24-0081
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MANHATTAN BEACH , CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND THE MANHATTAN BEACH CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE FOR ECONOMIC A ND BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves an Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce dated July 2 , 2024, for economic and business development program services in an amount not to exceed $29,585.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to negotiate terms and execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
