A motion was made by Councilmember Lesser, seconded by Councilmember Napolitano, to approve the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

At 5:02 PM, the City Council recessed into Closed Session.
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSIONIII.
At 6:00 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss the items identified on the agenda. There was no reportable action taken, the Mayor continued the Adjourned Regular Meeting to immediately after the 6:00 PM session.
RECESSG.
At 6:01 PM, the meeting was recessed.
RECONVENE INTO ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETINGIII.
At 7:07 PM, the City Council reconvened into Closed Session with all City Councilmembers present.
