City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss four separate items of existing litigation identified on the agenda.
With the respect to: Item IA., by a 3-2 vote with Councilmember Montgomery and Councilmember Napolitano voting no, the City Council gave direction to special counsel; Item IB., by a 5-0 vote, the City Council gave direction to the City Attorney; Item IC., by a 5-0 vote, the City Council gave direction to the City Manager; and Item ID., by a 5-0 vote, the City Council gave direction to the City Manager and City Attorney.
