Mayor Franklin called the meeting to order.

Mayor Franklin led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call by City Clerk Liza Tamura.
Present 4 - Mayor Franklin, Mayor Pro Tem Howorth, Councilmember Lesser and APPROVAL OF THE AGENDAD.
A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Howorth, seconded by Councilmember Napolitano, to approve the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:
Present 4 - Franklin, Howorth, Lesser and Napolitano
Absent 1 - Montgomery
Councilmember Napolitano
Absent 1 - Councilmember Montgomery

Seeing no requests to speak, Mayor Franklin closed the floor to public comments.

At 4:01 PM, the City Council recessed into Closed Session.
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSIONIII.
At 4:40 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present.

City Attorney Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss the item identified on the agenda. City Council gave direction to the City Manager and City Attorney. There was no reportable action taken.
