A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND JASON ADDISON
SMITH CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. DBA JAS PACIFIC
FOR PLAN CHECK, INSPECTION, AND LOW IMPACT
DEVELOPMENT (LID) SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and JAS Pacific dated November 1, 2024, for Plan Check, Inspection, and LID review services.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
