RESOLUTION NO. 24-0110
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE REVISED BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS HANDBOOK, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK , WITH APPROVAL FROM THE CITY
MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY, TO UPDATE THE
HANDBOOK
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the revised Boards and Commissions Handbook, and authorizes the City Clerk, with approval from the City Manager and City Attorney, to update the Handbook without further action by the City Council.
SECTION 2. Any formal changes to the membership or role of a board or commission will be brought to the City Council for consideration.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
